Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

Orders under $100: Ground Shipping 3-5 days, rate calculated at checkout

Orders over $100: Free Ground Shipping 3-5 days

Minimum order: $24 minimum purhcase to check out

We ship to all Midwestern, Northeastern, and Southeastern regions of the Continental US only using UPS or Fedex Ground.  The states that we ship to include Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisianna, Maine, Maryland, Massachusettes, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase.  Our paint mixing specialist will add your item(s) to his list then mix up your paint code in the order it was received.  Orders for custom paint typically take 1-2 days to fulfill.  

Order Shipment:

Once your order has been fulfilled we will package up all of your items and hand them off to our shipping carrier.  Our carrier typically picks up once daily in the afternoon.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the store to the e-mail address or phone number you provided when checking out.  Once you receive your tracking information it usually takes 1-3 days to deliver your package(s).  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at service@eagleeyepaints.com or call us at 877-470-5551.

The shipping address must be a valid residential or business address, PO boxes are not acceptable.
